The congress heard, discussed and approved: Report on the results of the implementation of the Resolution for the 2022-2025 term; Orientation and tasks for the term 2025 – 2027; Review report at the level of the Party cell; Report on the synthesis of comments; Report on the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress for the term 2022 – 2025 and orientation for the term 2025 – 2027:Report on the results of the implementation of the Resolution for the 2022-2025 term.
- In the 2022-2025 term, the ideology of cadres and Party members is stable, believing in the lines, guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and the State; solidarity, unity in action, actively participating in movements, contributing to the implementation of targets and the construction of the Day and Night Protection Company. - Typical activities: Carrying out annual care for employees, contributing to the fund: “For the sea and islands of the homeland, for the frontline of the Fatherland” (8.7 million VND), fund “For the poor” (2.7 million VND), supporting the construction of houses in Dien Bien province and the Communist Party. Supporting people in the North affected by storms and floods 5,000,000 VND; annually support and take care of the Lunar New Year for Party members in extremely difficult circumstances. Particularly, the Company’s leaders launched donations from employees, cells, trade unions, and sponsors to support 339,260,135 VND, directly sending the Company’s leaders and officials to the areas severely damaged by storms and floods in the North in 2024 in 2 provinces of Yen Bai and Lao Cai. the local government and people highly appreciated. Welcoming the Party Universities at all levels and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the South and the reunification of the country (30/4/1975 – 30/4/2024), the Company has called for and established the “NDS Golden Heart” Fund. Tasks and operational directions for the term 2025 – 2027.
- In the term of 2025 – 2027, the Night & Day Security Cell has set a series of important tasks to comprehensively develop in an increasingly complex socio-economic environment.
- The annual cell has successfully completed its tasks or more, 100% of Party members have successfully completed their tasks, of which 20% have successfully completed their tasks; there are no Party members who violate discipline.
- To create a source of Party development each year, at least 01 mass is an elite Trade Union member.
- Annually, striving for 100% of Party cell members to achieve “4 good Party members”, Cell 4 to achieve “4 good Party cells”‘; 100% of Party members are assigned and perform well in mass mobilization; each year there is at least 01 “Skillful people’s mobilization” project.
Review report of the sub-committee for the term 2022 – 2025.
Pursuant to the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term, every month the Party committee level develops resolutions to concretize the resolutions of superiors and cells to organize the implementation. On behalf of the Presidium of the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Cao Tu seriously absorbed the direction of the Party member representing the Party Committee of Ward 13 to give a speech and the contents discussed will all be added to the documents and resolutions of the Congress for implementation in the next term.
The congress voted on the following issues:
100% of Party cell members unanimously approved the content of the evaluation of the 2022-2025 term, the orientation of the 2025-2027 term and additional opinions of Party members contributing to the Congress, including: General objectives; Annual targets; Specific orientations; Measures and implementation organization.
General Assembly Election Results:
In the spirit of democracy and focus, the Congress elected the Party Committee including 03 comrades, Comrade Nguyen Cao Tu was re-elected Secretary of the Cell, Comrade Nguyen Hung Huy was re-elected Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell and Comrade Truong Thi Thuong was re-elected as a member of the Party Cell. The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the Congress of Deputies of Ward 13, Tan Binh District, including 01 official comrade and 01 alternate.
At the end of the Xth Congress of the Night & Day Security Cell for the term 2025 – 2027, the implementation of the new task requires the determination and common striving of all Party members.
The Congress approved the Resolution of the 100% Party members unanimously. The congress ended successfully on the same day.
