A Steady Journey for Over Two Decades
Founded in 2003, Night & Day Security started its journey with countless difficulties, with only 19 passionate members. Since then, the company has gradually built its reputation, enhanced the quality of services, and become a trusted partner of thousands of businesses and organizations of all sizes, with an impressive figure: 30 branches and representative offices, present in over 40 provinces and cities, more than 7,500 employees spread across the country, an experienced and professional management team, and a highly skilled and dedicated operational staff. At the 22nd anniversary celebration, the Chairman of the Council and General Director of the company, Mr. Luu Xuan Ture, gave determined directives, setting specific tasks for each department. He emphasized the adherence to discipline, the importance of honesty and transparency, with the goal of building a more professional company image.
He also called on all staff and employees to have a mindset of continuous innovation and creativity, and to always be ready to face the new challenges of the market. This is to meet the increasingly high and diverse demands of customers.

Announcement of the decision to change the name: Night & Day Security LLC changes its name to Night & Day Trade and Service Joint Stock Company.
On August 12, 2025, Night & Day Security Services LLC marked a new milestone by officially transitioning to the model of Night & Day Security Services Joint Stock Company.
This change is not merely a legal procedure, but also a strong affirmation of the outstanding development and strategic vision of one of the leading security companies in Vietnam. This change allows the company to open up more opportunities for stronger growth, such as more flexible capital mobilization, expanding operational scale, and accessing larger, more complex projects. In addition, the company continues to enhance service quality, constantly improving processes, investing in new technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and recruiting and training high-quality human resources to meet all stringent requirements from clients.
