1. The NB04 Team Caught a Worker in the Act of Stealing Customer Property at the Import-Export Warehouse, Nha Be.
At 9:30 AM on April 24, 2025, at the warehouse of an import-export company located in Nha Be district, where Night & Day Security is providing professional security services, the NB04 security team discovered and caught a worker in the act of stealing property belonging to a customer.
Specifically, during the surveillance patrol, the security staff noticed a worker showing unusual signs and promptly stopped to check. After that, the security personnel documented the incident and reported it according to the procedure. The swift action of team NB04 helped to timely prevent fraudulent activities, protect the client’s property, and maintain security for the objective.
2. Team SG12 Quickly Extinguishes Fire at the Ecological Tourism Area
At 5:15 PM on March 8, 2025, while patrolling the ecological tourism area, the SG12 security team discovered a large fire outside the thatched house area. Realizing the risk of the fire spreading indoors, the security officer immediately dispatched nearby security personnel to assist.
After 45 minutes of effort, the fire was completely extinguished. To prevent the fire from breaking out again, the security team has assigned staff to continuously monitor the scene. Due to timely detection and handling, the fire did not spread and did not affect the assets of the zoo. The incident has been fully reported by the security team to the Zoo’s Board of Directors for further inspection and preventive measures.
3. Team LA01 Detects and Prevents an Electric Wire Theft at Tan Do Industrial Park – Long An
At 2:20 AM on January 18, 2025, the security team consisting of Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, Lam Minh Doan, and Mai Van Tuan, while on duty at the site in Tan Do Industrial Park, Long An, detected two suspicious individuals cutting electric wires in the external corridor area bordering the owner’s company. Upon discovery, they quickly raised the alarm and organized a chase, forcing the two individuals to abandon their loot and escape from the scene. At the site, the security retrieved a segment of the telecom company’s signal wire, which had been cut about 100 meters but had not yet been taken.
Immediately after that, the security team promptly reported the situation to the company’s management and notified the local police, so that the relevant authorities could arrive at the scene to take over the case, verify, and handle it according to the law.
4. Team NB02 promptly handled the motorcycle fire incident at Simone Company’s parking lot
At 07:00 on April 19, 2025, at the parking area of Simone Company, security staff Vo Van Boc promptly discovered a motorcycle fire, with the cause determined to be a gasoline leak combined with an electrical short circuit. He immediately used the local CO2 fire extinguisher to control and extinguish the fire, preventing it from spreading, thus completely preventing damage to people and property.
In light of the sense of responsibility and professional handling of situations, the Leadership Board of Simone Company has sent a letter of commendation to Night & Day Security Company, appreciating the capabilities of the security forces on duty at the unit.
5. Team SG06 promptly detected and dealt with a fire incident at the parking lot during the night shift.
Late on March 19, 2025, while patrolling the parking area, security guard Tran Minh Tam timely discovered a small fire that was beginning to spread in the vehicle storage area. He immediately reported it to the team leader on duty and coordinated with the parking staff to use the on-site firefighting equipment to handle the situation.
Thanks to high vigilance, quick response, and decisive action, the fire was completely controlled in a short time, leaving no damage to the company’s property. The professionalism, sense of responsibility, and dedication of comrade Tam are exemplary within the security team, contributing to ensuring absolute safety for the parking area and the common assets of customers.
6. Team NB03 Found a Wallet and Returned It to the Owner
Comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc, a Night & Day Security staff member, found and returned property to its owners on two occasions:- First time: At 4:30 PM on January 23, 2025, at entrance GN4, he found a wallet containing many important documents and nearly 3 million VND in cash.
- Second time: At 8:00 PM on April 17, 2025, at entrance GN3, he found another wallet containing a bank card and more than 1 million VND in cash.
On both occasions, Comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc reported immediately to his superiors and handed over the assets to the functional department for proper processing. This commendable action demonstrates honesty, professional ethics, and a high sense of responsibility in work.
