On 25/04/2024, the event security team – Night & Day Security will be present early at the main hall of Reunification Palace – the venue of the Congress to ensure security, safety as well as support for hundreds of businesses and media to attend.
To ensure the success and best event, the Night & Day Security team always offers clear and specialized procedures for each event, specifically the SSI General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
- Prepare thoroughly before the event: Before the event, the Night & Day Security team made thorough preparations. From risk assessment, detailed security planning, to coordinating with organizers to understand the specific size and requirements of the event.
- Ensure security in each area: Reception areas, meeting rooms, and other functional areas are arranged with experienced security guards and fully equipped with support tools suitable for each area such as: headphones, walkie-talkies, iron sticks, umbrellas for guests, … Not only do they maintain order and security, but they also provide orientation and information for attendees as well as assist with umbrellas for attendees when arriving at the event.
- Event Protection guards are trained in unique skills commonly used during the event, such as crisis management, communication and customer support skills, ensuring each employee is able to handle any situation in the most professional way.
